1. Do you accept dogs?
We only allow one well behaved dog in each cottage with conditions. The details are on our conditions page.

2. Is there parking on site?
There is free unlimited on street parking in front of the cottages (subject to availability). There is also parking on Cargate Hill (restricted in summer, unrestricted in winter). There is no off road parking. The details are on The Cottages page.

3. Are the cottages suitable for the disabled?
The cottages are similar to a normal two storey house with a normal set of stairs and steps at some cottage doors and in some cottages a single step once inside. Although there is a downstairs bedroom in Silverline there is no toilet or bathroom downstairs. The door to the living room in Silverline is slightly narrower than the standard width.

4. What are the differences between Silverline and Drifter (the two 3 bedroomed properties)?
Drifter and Silverline share many of the same features and facilites.
Both have
   · Sleeping for 6 in 3 bedrooms.
   · A living room at the front of the house with full sea views.
   · Real flame feature gas fire in the living room.
   · A modern flat screenTV (Freesat) with DVD player.
   · Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite facilities.
   · An electric oven, electric ceramic hob and microwave.
   · Fridge freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher.
   · All rooms double glazed.
   · Full gas central heating.
   · A named bench seat on Front terrace (superb for morning coffee).
   · room for a cot .

5. Where in Filey are you and how close to the beach/town?
We are in the middle of Filey sea front . Our address is 24 The Beach which says it all. Cross the road and down a slipway and you are on the safe sandy beach. The town is a short walk up Cargate Hill (200m). There is a full range of shops including three small supermarkets.
You can go to Google maps and find Filey seafront. We are on the corner of Cargate Hill and The Beach. You can zoom in. You can then switch to satellite view and zoom in further which ultimately switches to a picture of the cottages. You can then zoom in and/or rotate through 360 degrees taking the view of the whole of Filey Bay. You can even go from one picture to the next up the hill into town or onto the coble landing.
