Winter breaks, tarriffs and availability (2007-2008)

In winter Filey is  quiet and ideal
for getting away from everything. You may be lucky and get a winter gale and see the impressive waves crashing on the seafront and the Brig. The centrally heated cottages are completely double glazed with living flame gas fires. This gives you a cosy base to look out to sea. You may even be lucky enough to see some snow.

During much of the year most visitors want  full weeks and so that is what we cater for. In January, February, March, November and December  many people prefer short breaks and we aim to please, so offer special terms for this (except Christmas and New Year weeks.) See the availability page for the green shaded areas

Through Nov  to March 22nd (Exceptions Xmas/New year weeks and the weeks 9th and 16th Feb)

Any three nights in Silverline will be £239 plus £33 for each extra night.

Any three nights in Drifter will be £249 plus £34 for each extra night.

For 9th and 16th February weeks the prices will be

£259 plus £37 for each extra night in Silverline

and

£279 plus £39 for each extra night in Drifter.

There is a special low occupancy discount of 20% for couples on their own. This means that a couple can have a relaxing weekend away on the seafront in luxury accommodation for under £200. This 20% discount also applies to full weeks for couples on their own.

Arrival time is after 3:00pm and departure is before 10:00am. However if you do not wish to leave until the evening then this would count as one of your nights. So if you came on Friday after work and left on Sunday night the three night deal would cover it.

Surfer infront of the cottages

When it is rough surfers can often be seen riding the surf in front of the cottages.
