In winter
Filey is quiet and ideal
for getting away from everything. You
may be lucky and get a winter gale and
see the impressive waves crashing on the
seafront and the Brig. The centrally
heated cottages are completely double
glazed with living flame gas fires. This
gives you a cosy base to look out to
sea. You may even be lucky enough to see
some snow.

During much of the year most
visitors want full weeks and so
that is what we cater for. In January,
February, March, November and
December many people prefer
short breaks and we aim to please, so
offer special terms for this.
See the availability
page for the green shaded
areas where short breaks and/or
special couples only reductions
are currently available. The
details of pricing are at the
bottom of the availability page.
We also occasionally offer
late availability short breaks outside
of these months.
Our minimum let is 3 nights.

Arrival time is after 3:00pm and
departure is before 10:00am. However if you do
not wish to leave until the evening then this
would count as one of your nights. So if you
came on Friday after work and left on Sunday
night the three night deal would cover it.

When it
is rough surfers can often be seen riding the
surf in front of the cottages.
